Refunds
Silver Jewellery Boutique.co.uk are required by European Consumer Protection Law to offer you your money back within 30 days of an order cancellation. We will do this quicker - within seven days of us receiving your returned product.

To return an item of shopping
If for any reason you need to return a piece of jewellery to us please email, or call us on 0800 1123 405 to request a FREE returns envelope, fill in the enclose form giving the reason for the return then seal it up securely and pop back in the post. Please note that earrings can only be returned if faulty for hygiene reasons.
Please remember to clearly state contact information – your email, address and phone number.

Non-deliverable and unclaimed orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided.

Defective Items
If a product is defective, call us on 0800 1123 405 to request a FREE returns envelope, fill in the enclose form giving a description of the fault and the product's original packaging for a full refund or replacement within 7 days.
