Guarantee
At Silver Jewellery Boutique we want all our customers to be happy so we offer a no quibble guarantee.
in the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us immediately or send the design back to us and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a replacement or refund
in the event of a breakage due to a manufacturing fault we will endeavour to have the piece repaired or replaced as soon as possible after having received it back.
To return an item of shopping
If for any reason you need to return a piece of jewellery to us please email, or call us on 0800 1123 405 to request a FREE returns envelope, fill in the enclose form giving the reason for the return and whether you require a replacement or a refund, then seal it up securely and pop back in the post. We will give you a refund or send a replacement within 7 days.
Please note that earrings can only be returned if faulty for hygiene reasons.
Please remember to clearly state contact information – your email, address and phone number.
Non-deliverable and unclaimed orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided.
Refunds
Silver Jewellery Boutique.co.uk are required by European Consumer Protection Law to offer you your money back within 30 days of an order cancellation. We will do this quicker - within seven days of us receiving your returned product.

Our designers, PoM, have held a hallmark at the Birmingham Assay Office for over 15 years. They regularly send designs to the Assay Office for testing and marking and this procedure ensures that our silver quality is always up to the sterling standard.
Other suppliers who do not follow such strict procedures can not give this assurance.
We take a great deal of care to describe our jewellery accurately, however due to it’s handmade nature and the fact that we use natural gemstones, there may be some variation in the composition and colour of some designs.
These differences should be celebrated as they help to make our jewellery truly different and positively unique.
Force Majeure
If the manufacture or delivery by normal route or means of delivery or shipment of the Purchaser’s goods or part of them is delayed or made impossible by events beyond the control of P.O.M. or an event falling within the meaning of the term “force majeure” and in particular strikes, lock-outs or differences with workmen, civil disturbance, war, Queen’s enemies, act of God, epidemic, storm, flood, tempest or accident to machinery, Government requirements, quota or licence restrictions, P.O.M.shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver which directly or indirectly is attributable to such events
Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights contained in the Site and in the material published on it. All such rights are reserved.
You must not use any part of the materials on the Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us.
If you breach these Customer Terms, your right to use the Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
